Quinta Relva do Trigo, a peaceful little turism guesthouse in the heart of Portugal’s rural countryside. Between Lisbon and Porto close by the old university town of Coimbra the Quinta is situated at Ponte das Três Entradas, where the rivers Alvôco and Alva meet.
With those rivers meandering through the countryside and the nature park the Serra da Estrela nearby, the Quinta is a beautiful place to start your nature hiking and biking. You can even enjoy snow in the wintertime and that’s quite unique in Portugal.
But of course you can also relax and enjoy a good book at the river Alvôco which is said to be the cleanest river in Portugal and runs along the Quinta.

Amanhã há-de raiar a liberdade,
